1.Check parcel in case of damaged package and ensure item inside non-damaged during shipment , or it can be regarded item kept original condition after signature,then only other claim include quality defects and wrong item shipment accepted.
2.Contact us and send photoes as proof immediately within 5 days if any quality problem occured after signature,we will make judgement and slove it for you as flow chart showed above,in case quality problem confirmed or wrong size you received ((not same with your order) .Beyond closing date,receipent required to send original apparel and accessory (non-washed and artifical damaged) back with charge delivery expense.
3.Return & refund policy not applicable that caused by force majeure case and delay in local customs specially in busy shoping season or customs policy changed.
4.Claim not accepted in below situation ,delay for wrong receipent address,post / zip code,mobile phone and nobody sign for parcel in a few weeks.we strive for reminding you by send mail or message until you got it.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
